Overgrown rates are determined by the tallest weed/ grass. Please be aware that if your property is overgrown (taller than 8 inches) there will be an overgrown fee. Please be honest when asked if your property is overgrown for correct pricing! This is the same for as needed clients. We understand clients that call monthly/ as needed might be overgrown. Please understand these charges before setting up an appointment. Clients will be charged an overgrown fee if grass is taller than 10 inches. It is your responsibility to disclose this information when calling as needed or setting up services.

Basic lawn services include: Mowing Edging Blowing  Pricing depends on property size, see pricing chart for details.  Prices can increase or decrease according to thickness of grass, inclines or declines on property, and/or for small gates that require a worker to either push mow or weedeat a property to ensure our high quality standard is met.
